Terms of use and sale

1. Who we are

GetPack (getpack.fr) is operated by Nesti Studio, a sole trader business (see the legal notice). Contact: contact@getpack.fr.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site, accounts and free content, and the purchase of digital content: skills (files that teach Claude a method), packs (plugins bundling skills and connectors) and access keys for the hosted connectors (MCP servers). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Account

• The account is free and restricted to people aged 18 and over.
• You sign in via a link sent by e-mail: keep access to your mailbox and do not share your links.
• You can delete your account at any time from your personal area. Your purchases remain recorded anonymously for our accounting obligations, and your connector key keeps working.
• Prohibited use: reselling or publicly sharing paid files or keys, circumventing quotas, abusive automated use, compromising the security of the service. In the event of abuse, access may be suspended.

4. Products and prices

The features of each product are described on its product page. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Each purchase is a one-off payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. A discount code may be applied at checkout, under the conditions stated with the code.

5. Order and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay…). GetPack never has access to your card details. The order is final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is immediate after payment: an e-mail with the download links (valid for 30 days), the connector access key where applicable and, for packs, your personal catalogue for Claude Code. Everything remains available in your personal area. If you have not received anything within an hour, write to us.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right. This consent is obtained at checkout (tick box) and restated in the delivery e-mail.

8. Guarantee of conformity

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If a product does not work as described, write to us: we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

9. Connector keys and availability

A key gives access to the connectors purchased, subject to a reasonable use limit of 10,000 calls per month. Without a key, a free trial of 30 calls per day is offered. The connectors query third-party public sources: we do our utmost to keep them available, but a source may be temporarily unavailable or changed by its producer.

10. Licence and updates

The files delivered are subject to the licence stated in each of them. Updates to a purchased product are included. "Lifetime" means the period during which the GetPack service is operated.

11. Proper use and academic integrity

Skills are coaches: they explain, question and check. They do not replace a teacher, a healthcare professional or official sources. You remain responsible for your work and for complying with your institution's rules on the use of AI. Health content is for revision, never for making a decision about a real patient.

12. Liability

Public data is provided as published by its producers, with its source and date. GetPack cannot be held liable for improper use of the tools or for answers generated by a third-party AI model.

13a. Journals: articles published by members

Members can publish articles in their journal (Journals rules). Each article is checked automatically, then reviewed before publication. The author remains the owner of the text, warrants holding the rights to it and is responsible for it; they let GetPack display it for free on getpack.fr, with their name, while it is online. They can edit or delete it at any time. Unlawful content can be reported from the article or at contact@getpack.fr; it is removed as a priority.

14. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint: contact@getpack.fr. If a dispute remains unresolved, you can refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator; their contact details will be given here as soon as Nesti Studio has signed up with one.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
