Malades = 1000 × 0,05 = 50 ; Non malades = 950
Vrais positifs = 50 × 0,90 = 45
Faux positifs = 950 × (1 − 0,80) = 190
VPP = VP / (VP + FP) = 45 / (45 + 190) ≈ 0,19
Interprétation
- Avec une prévalence aussi faible, la VPP reste basse malgré une bonne sensibilité.
